Talk Abstract
The Energy, Resources, and Industrials (ERI) sector are exposed to a broad spectrum of risks and threats across the cyber landscape. We delve into discussing the approach and details of assessing the security posture of industrial/critical infrastructure such as plants, factories, etc. The discussion will be focused on the industrial cyber threat landscape, various attacks and techniques specific to Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and how to build resilience against such attacks using ISA-62443.

About Speakers
Chinkle Umrania

Chinkle brings in over several years of experience and is a Manager within the Cyber Practice of Deloitte India. His experience spans across areas like IoT Security, Embedded device security, SCADA security assessment, Information Security Implementation, Security Risk Assessment, Privacy & Compliance Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, penetration testing, and implementing security management solutions for Endpoint Security, Web/email gateways and DLP. He is also one of the key members involved in setting up Internet of Things (IoT) Security service for Deloitte India.
He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University. He is also certified CISSP, CISA, and CEH, and training certified in ISA 62443 standards, with experience in managing and working with cross-cultural teams across locations and industries.

Neeraj Thakur

Neeraj is a Masters in Cyber Security with extensive experience of penetration testing a wide range of embedded devices, products, and applications. He has also worked extensively in Industrial cybersecurity with hands-on experience in ICS plant/factory assessments and ISA 62443 standards. Additionally, Neeraj has a passion for Cybersecurity and people awareness along with reverse engineering and python automation.
